eBay module can't configure

Hi, I am new to prestashop, I had someone install it for me as part of hosting package.

I've set the shop up the way I want it and its live but I need to have an eBay module installed (I'm PS 1.4.4 I think)

Asked the guy who set me up to do this but he was unable to get it to configure, it just opens to a blank page.

I am not technical and know nothing about Prestashop! So can't fix anything myself

I'm looking to have eBay modules & Facebook modules installed, please PM if you can help, with a quote
