Please could you test our site.

Our orders seem to have dropped dramatically recently, and we dont know why.

 

We are getting around 1000 visitors per day, but very few orders. (which is unusual)

 

If you could try going through the whole purchase process, up to the payment stage (but dont purchase as it is live ).

p.s I tried to post this in the "Test my site" forum, and everytime i click "Post new topic", or "Preview Post", it goes back to the prestashop homepage ?

Good morning

 

Just tried on android an it was impossible to agree to terms, also your site did not work well.

 

Then tried on iphone and got straight through to paypal, so it works ok.

Hi Paul,

So ill try disabling terms for a while to see if this helps.

I use iPhone myself to test on and dont have access to android.

When you say it doesnt work well on android, is it the css styling that doesnt work ?

Using android everything looks too far to the left also no checkbox to tick for terms. There is, however, a button to click but it does not work
