Create Your Account - Fatal error

I am setting up a shop and I am getting an error when I try to "Create An Account" before checking out. Below is the error that I am getting.... It appears to be a path issue but I have no clue on how to fix it. I have tried several things with the files it is trying to reach but no luck.
