Virtual Product link in email not working ?

HI,

we are just creating some vouchers for customers to purchase.

After placing the order, the customer can go to their account and download the file....

But that is a long winded way about doing it.

 

I have created a status called "Voucher Generated", which will email the customer using the "download_product.html" template.

 

But the links in the email dont work ?

Any ideas how to resolve this.

Yes it has an attached file.

 

Its the only way I could think of selling vouchers on the site.

It just looks like its not generating the link, whereas the "My account" link is being generated

 

If i go to "My account", and click the order, the file is there with a link for download

Going into customers orders, clicking the order and scrolling to the bottom, the link to download is there.

Its just not creating the link in the email (download_product.html),

it just places the {virtualProducts} holder there instead
