Cannot log in to backoffice after transfer to new domain

Need help urgently.

 

I cannot log in to backoffice (admin) after i transfer prestashop to a new domain. I cannot use my login credentials used on my old domain to try to log in to my new domain.

 

The error message i received when i try to log in is

There is 1 error

1. The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect.

 

 

Please advice.

I got inMotion Hosting to restore my website again and i am able to log in to my admin page.  However every time i click on the menu, ex products, it will bring me back to the login page and i have to key in my password.

 

How can i resolve this issue?

Disabling the option "Check the IP address on the cookie" in preferences resolved the issue of auto log out of admin page for me.
