websplash Posted October 19, 2014 Share Posted October 19, 2014 I sell toner online and list a product name as HP No.02 for example with a SKU number of C8721WA listed in the short description. A search WILL NOT pick up the HP No.02 in the product title or rather "Name" but will see the C8721WA in the short description. Also I have a product, HP 131X which does not get found if it is listed (in the short description) as HP131X (without the space). Search functions should allow setting up to search with or without a space to get the result?? Can this be fixed or changed? Is there an addon that will do this??
