exclude a special item from a gift coupon promotion

I want to create a gift coupon (30 %), but I want one special item to bee excluded from that promotion.

Is this possible?

 

I tried several times, but the coupon credits the whole basket.

 

I use PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0

you can select products / categories in voucher "conditions" tab

why not to define restriction there?

have you tried it already, because that was my first try and it did not work.

 

The problem is, if I buy only this special one item which is excluded from the voucher it works, but if I add another item it gives me credits to the whole basket .
