Disappointed
I have read about 15 pages looking for an answer to my problem but have not found it yet. Shipping seems to be hard to configure.Anyway this is what I want to do,all my products are the same size and weight and I only deliver to one country with 7 zones. Now say if customer buys an item and the shipping is set to $ 17.00 for that item,if they add another item and I only want to charge an extra $4.00 for shipping then how do I do this. Thanks in advance for your help.Tom
chrissie
Hi. Is this not done from your Back Office/Shipping/Weight Ranges?ie say your products each weigh 200g. your first weight range would be from 0.00kg to 0.200kg, the second from 0.201 to 0.400 etc etcthen in Back Office/Shipping you add your prices for those weight ranges in the 'fees' section, ie 0.00 - 0.200 would be $17, and 0.201-0.400 would be $

chrissie
Under 'shipping', have you got 'Billing:: 'according to total weight' selected?and a bit further down the page from that, under 'fees' is where you set the prices ranges. Not on the 'price range' screen.

chrissie
Yes thats what I meantAnd it looks fine. Reading over what you've said, and seeing that, I cannot think of a reason for it, Im afraid.I've just created a test carrier on my own site, using your exact settings, and it worked fine - I got the lower price for under 1kg, and the higher price for over 1kg.Maybe check that your weights for your products are definitely only 1kgOther than that it makes no sense. But then Im no expert......
