New to Presta Shop and totally lost

I'm new to Presta shop and thought it would be easier to configure this store. I'm about to fully remove it and find something else. My page looks horrible since, though the theme that comes with it is there, it's not showing. Verify at

Also, have problems with the USPS server where it says it's not available and spent an hour with them. Guess what, it is working and available.

www.latinzoneonline.com doesn't appear to be a Prestashop website - it's from Bigcommerce.

Sorry, I did had Prestashop yesterday but it looked so ugly and was so difficult to use that I removed it and went into bigcommerce. They ahve extremelly easy software, tons of themes to choose from without additional downloads and 24/7 support. So I changed it. Yesterday, I spent 10 hrs trying to use Prestashop and eneded up with a page that looked like an HTML plain site. No borders, no notheing, just letters with colors. Wit them, in 10 mins my site was life. Sorry that I forgot to delete this tread. It is "resolved", though the best solution is to create this software to be more user friendly. Not everyone trust developers. I have my nice time with the webdesigner I used for my news page.
