Admin Warning: Loyalty Module Classes Missing

I upgraded to V 1.2.4 -- All went well!

I am getting one WARNING in Admin > Modules

I've looked in Classes and don't see any files related to Loyalty Module. I looked to make sure I didn't miss uploading this for some reason but can't seem to find any missing. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
