product home association 403 error forbidden

Hi Forum,

 

I cannot change the home features.

 

From product association tab i uncheck the box next to Home and then save, I get error message at the top error 403: forbidden.

 

Any idea how i can fix this...

 

really stuck... thanks in advance.

 

PS: have also contacted my hosting company but thought someone here will know what the issue is before they do. Please help.

 

PS: also i notice there is no htaccess file in the admin folder... only in root folder of shop.
