[SOLVED] domain not working -URGENT

Hello,

 

I just upgraded to 1.5.6.

 

The thing is that something is happening that I don't know what it is.

 

if you go to my store, www.myjaguarbooks.com, with the www. or without it, you land in a 404 error page. (backend works pretty fine, by the way).

 

On my server, in the DOMAIN section, the domain looks just fine, but there are around 12 REDIRECTS, temporary all of them, placed on the domain.

 

I spoke with the hosting service and they told me they could not find the reason those redirects where created or the reason why the domain is not working.

 

They suggested me to contact experts in Prestashop, so I'm writing this HELP! post hoping someone can shed some light on my problem.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting your htaccess file (root folder).

 

From which version did you upgrade? I assume you were using friendly urls...?

I upgraded from 1.4 and yes, friendly urls.
