Tachiibou
Hi! I have tried to change the "email template translation" in Localization -> Translations. And when i update, all the translations for that language (in email template) disappear and i get errors. I installed more languages and tried to update them and I get the same error, all the translations disappear. Even if I dont change anything in the translations, when i click the "update translations" button the next time i check, all the translations are gone for that language. I have tried to update the language packs but it does not fix the problem. But when i look in the folder mails/sv, all the translations are there but prestashop cant find them Im using prestashop 1.5.6.0. Attaching an image showing the errors i get. Please help! Edit: I am running this test prestashop on my computer but i have the same problem on my real webshop, this is just for testing so i dont destroy the real one. SmartDataSoft
Hello, The issue is the the folder for translation is not create. So connect your site via ftp and create a folder and name is "en" on the bellow location for mail mysite.com/public_html/themes/default/mails/ And it will solve the error. I think you isntall the theme with another language and for that the default language is create on sv but not the en folder is create. Same way create folder for other module which show error on there location.
