ghjulianu
Hello, i'm new with prestashop, but so far everything works perfectly (installation,...). i try to upgrade to 1.5.6 after installing one click upgrade but that doesn't work. i have this messages : download will come from https://www.prestashop.com/download/releases/prestashop_1.5.6.0.zipSignature md5 vérifiée sur 60517c57de117d088bc72f010256b626 Téléchargement de https://www.prestashop.com/download/releases/prestashop_1.5.6.0.zip Sauvegarde du fichier dans /home/oov/www/myfolder/autoupgrade/download/prestashop.zip download directory has been emptied Téléchargement terminé. Le répertoire latest a été vidé Utilisation de la classe ZipArchive (using of class ziparchive) Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier zip /home/oov/www/myfolder/autoupgrade/download/prestashop.zip (impossible to open the file) if i try after extracting locally, and uploading the prestashop folder in latest folder in one click upgrade, i get : ........... gestionhebiz/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/helpers/view/view.tpl ajouté à l'archive. Encore 4747. myfolder/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/index.php ajouté à l'archive. Encore 4746. myfolder/themes/default/template/controllers/carrier_wizard/helpers/form/form.tpl ajouté à l'archive. Encore 4745. myfolder/themes/default/template/controllers/carrier_wizard/helpers/form/form_ranges.tpl ajouté à l'archive. Encore 4744. Utilisation de la classe ZipArchive (using of Class ZipArchive) And then it stops. So i think i may have a problem with the ziparchive. Does it depends on an apache module? is fthere a log that could help me find where is the problem? Can i upgrade manually instead of using one click upgrade or is it a bad idea? Thanks, Julien
benjamin utterback
Hi Julien, this may be a permissions issue because your Server is not able to open the file to upgrade. I suggest you speak to yor hosting provider and ask them about any Error log that can provide and help you with. Let us know how it goes. Thank you! ghjulianu
hello, i have a dedicated server. any idea wich logs i should check? i already think about permissions, but when i change it, the error is different ( like permisssion denied or something more explicit than the message i get now. if i change the permission on the archive to 777, then i choose local archive, prestashop.zip, and version 1.5.6.0 , i get the same message : Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier zip /home/oov/www/gestionhebiz/autoupgrade/download/prestashop.zip why is ziparchive needed when i choose an upgrade with a folder prestashop a already extract locally? the module one click upgrade is in version 1.2.2. Atwill
@Julien : have you found any solution to this problem? Can somebody help on this? Didn't find any issue in the issue tracker regarding that kind of error.

I will see if i have the same problem with the next upgrade before putting my shop online. You just upgrade on click upgrade and it worked?
