MeganFAnderson
Hey Everyone, I am new to the forum and relatively new to PrestaShop. My store is located at www.meganandglen.com I am having an issue where when I add a product to the cart, it gets stuck at order.php?step=1 I am using version 1.5.6. Any advice? Thanks in advance! Paulito
Good morning Have tried to get past step 1 using Florida as a state with correct zip code but it says "no carrier has been made available for this selection" Have you set up carries correctly? Paul ps. I am from UK
MeganFAnderson
Hi Paul, Weird! I didn't have the weight information in for the products, and I just set them for most products, but it was still stuck at 1. What else is needed for proper carrier set up? MeganFAnderson
Some other information: I disabled the Shipping Estimate module, which I don't like anyway. It was not the problem. I'm still being sent back to Step 1, which I think is the default. I am also using Attribute Wizard Pro, if this helps.
benjamin utterback
Did the issue with being stuck at step 1 happen after you installed and configured the module?
MeganFAnderson
I'm not sure. I disabled it and checked, that didn't do anything different. Could AWP be causing this? Is that common?
benjamin utterback
I'm not sure you would have to ask the developer. If disabling it does not solve it then probably not. However, I do think that module adds some overrides. In anycase, you should turn on Error Reporting (The link is in my signature) . Turn that on and let me know if anything shows up. MeganFAnderson
When I disabled it, it threw an error about URL rewriting. When I enabled it again, the error went away.

MeganFAnderson
Update! I went in and turned off URL Rewriting and it now appears to work. It's crazy that it wouldn't throw an error with AWP enabled, but whew at least THAT is over!
