Default country when signing up

Where can I set the default country when a client signs up for the shop?

 

Right now, Germany is set as default country but I would like to have Switzerland

try this:

 

back office-->localization-->localization

 

change default country to your new default country

I have already set "Switzerland" as default country in Localization

 

 

But when signing up, Germany is the default selection in the country list.

the default theme does this.

 

try this:

clear your browser cookies and re-visit your shop registration.

 

if default theme then you should see your default country selected
