Reina Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 I think I did all settings correct in the BackOffice for Australian States because it was working well for a long time, But somehow state field just disappear on the address form. And see Identification number. I never touch anything but it just happened. Anyone can give me an answer for fixing this problem? The situation is serious. Please give me a hand! Thank you. It was just working well but suddenly happened Zone is fine too, if it possible could you please have look? Our website is http://www.waterfilterforfridge.com.au I have no clue what is going on... No.. there was nothing. I was using only customers and orders tap these days. It's very weird. And I have tried the 5 steps checkout, there were same problems. May I ask do you do freelance job? This website is live and we don't have a developer in our company plus it's weekend... OMG I really need help who can have look out. Oh and one more thing! Suddenly I can't get in the modules. It's working untill "Back Office / Modules" but when I click the module bar (like "Front Office Features" or "Other Modules") then I can see [Page not found]. What should I do? I really really appreciate your prompt reply. So do you have any other idea for this matter? Or should I just give this job to some one else like prestashop expert?
