Using the free theme (nice&clean), can't afford some fancy theme until the site get some real cash flow.

Plus I like things to be minimalist and less distraction.

 

Feedback please on site speed, bug, user friendly..etc. anything to help me improve.

your shop is very nice, still i have 2 suggestions:

1. payment methods visible only after you proceed to final step! Not good

2. i would work at the alignment on right top corner (align all to the right):

I really like it It's nice and clean! I also like the menu animation! Even once you start bringing in the cash, I wouldn't waste it on a fancy theme, this one works well! This is one of the best free themes i've seen for prestashop! Good luck on your shop!

speed: 1-3 seconds first impression, all other ~1sec from Poland, a little bit slow, but it's not a big problem

Here in PT your website loads fast... but i have some suggestions:

 

1 - Why not grid view for product list?

When you hit the paypal image you should go to securepayment page instead of keep the homepage. Just fix that link.

Speed is ok.
