at line 100 you have:

.sf-menu li li li {

  background: none repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(113, 113, 113, 0.9);

}

change it into

.sf-menu li li li {

 background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #247BDC;

}

but as i said before, i would like some hover effect for the menus

i would try a dark blue or a color around that blue, but not the red

Generally it is a good website. Even changing some aspects there (the menu is too big for me) and the cookie advert is behind the leave a message div, maybe the close button side-by-side with leave a message div...
