Help - Getting error while Upgrading with " 1-Click Upgrade"

Hello,

 

Today while i'm trying to upgrade with 1-Click Upgrade i got this error : http://i.imgur.com/ABUxkkK.png

and when i tried the other method"when i upload the new prestashop version to admin_panel/autoupgrade/latest/" got this new error ( javascript error (parseJSON) detected for action "download" .Starting restoration )

 

I don't know what should i do at this point. so if anyone could help it would appreciated.
