could PS can set MOQ for every products? could the price can be display as a list?

1. every products qty is 1 as dealt, can it set to other number, like 50, 100 or any other number?
2. if the price display can be as the list in the attachment?
I know for Attributes can set the difference of the price, but every products have to be set, and if change the price in the future, it's really a big work.

what I want to do is, only change few main price, and all the price changed
