Cart Block and language block

Not sure if i'm posting this in the right place..

 

Anyway i'm trying to remove the cart image above the cart list, to maintain only the list, (i put a printscreen in attach) is there a way i can do this?

Also how can i put the language block above the header?

hello

this cart image is a part of block user info module. all you will need to do is: css modification, or just disable this addon.

the question is: what you exactly want?

disable it ? or just hide cart icon?
