Have adjusted Product.tpl, but notice that it doesn't alter the Customization box - I'm using the add-on module. Have cleared Smarty Cache. Any ideas on addressing the idea? vekia Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 well, while you're working on theme - turn on force compile and turn of cache under your adv. paramters > performance tab in back office. This is necessary. and regarding to what you said: "i'm using the add-on module" you use some module for customization? if so, you should check module files first!
