Editing Checkout fields

Can't work this out.

How do I modify / edit the form customers use to checkout?

I'd like to remove Ph number option and change a few other options.

I know I can purchase a module that will allow me to add fields etc but I just want to edit, remove exsisting fileds.

I just can't find where to do that in admin.

you can define form format in localization > countries > edit enabled country

you will see there form to define address format

The form I want to edit is the account creation form "your address"
