redtogo Posted October 29, 2013 Share Posted October 29, 2013 There does appear to be any way to permanently delete attachments if they were accidently uploaded. you can move them to the delete section but the problem is that if you upload another attachment to replace the first one then both attachments are shown when you only want one to shown. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this problem? The website concerned is www.keirassoc.com where I have two products with the same problem. Really weird! the only thing you can do in this case is: connect to your database manager (like phpmyadmin) open ps_attachment table remove your attachment manually Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
