I need help trying to figure out how to add a one time fee on shipping with a description. Reason is cause of my business store online is knives. When i ship out a knife, i won't to add a $4 fee for the first time order of a customer for a adult signature when they recivie the item were i know they are legal and not under age for my own protection.
