New Order Email

I have search everywhere and I dont seem to find this information.  Every time A client order I get an new order email and on that email I get an invoice with all my client wants and my clients address.  I need to add my clients phone number to that email because my employees get an email and i they are not good with computers, I want them to get the phone number on the new order email / confirmation this way they can call and confirm the order. Its a small business restaurant, so we are talking about easily 80 orders per day and growing, it would be hard for me to access the panel to verify the number everytime. 

 

I have search online, on this forum, i went to the email template and did not see the new order email there i did see many others, and i did find the new order email template on the file manager of my hosting. and i did edit it and added (phone) but still getting a plain email with no phone number.

there are 2 phone numbers in prestashop (home and mobile), and only 1 of them is required.  There is also something called address format, which you need to configure.  The address format controls which elements are displayed in various places like order detail and invoices (anywhere the address is shown).

 

Go to your back office, edit the Country that is in question, and you will see the address format section.  You will need to add both phone numbers for them to appear on the invoice.
