quinnnelson
Okay, so I have my shop set up to accept PayPal and only paypal. So I have 2 orders that I know have been placed (appears in paypal account), yet, it doesn't show up in PrestaShop. I have both their customer info under customer tab, and I see their carts, but I can't see the order when I click orders. Why? What did I do wrong?I have a warning that says: To receive PrestaShop update warnings, you need to activate the allow_url_fopen command in your php.ini config file. [more infos]If you don't know how to do that, please contact your host administrator ! Would this affect it? Please help. This is a serious problem that needs to be fixed ASAP. thanks. radders
There's something in the French forums about a rounding difference in the cart total from Paypal causing problems when it doesn't match up exactly with what was expected.
