flex menu not working in alysum theme

hello everybody, i am working on my new site and i installed Alysum theme. everything working fine in mysite. except i can't able to configure or add drop down to top horizantal menu in home page.

 

i tried topmegamenu module but it's not changing anything in home page. Which module should i edit to change the menu???

Hi, as it's a purchased theme, have you tried contacting the theme's developer?

i see that you added only sample pages to this menu.

what's goin on when you add for example category? or cms category?

yeah i contacted them but i haven't got any response from them.

yeah i tried that too. I added categories to the top menu. but nothing changes

so, in back office your module looks like it is configured well, but in front it doesnt work. This is what you've got right now therE?

 

if so, it might be related to cache, have you tried to clear shop cache?

hi,

flex menu in Alysum is not saving images or links. I have tried setting it up but I think there is "update" button missing if there is any it just says "Back to main screen". Never seen anything like this for any page before.

I have updated my Alysum theme to 3.0 and Prestashop 1.6, now Flexmenu is not adding products to the flexmenu. Im getting this message "NOT CONNECT, VERIFY NETWORK". Can anyone help, the update messed up everything and it took me insane amount of time to get back on track. I also lost my payment integration with the bank.

This happens with me too. It actually works in Safari but not in Firefox. It used to work but stopped working all of a sudden.
