[SOLVED] Change category that homefeatured block pulls

I couldn't seem to find this and I didn't understand some of the examples I did find well enough to adapt them to my needs. all I'm trying to do is have the home featured block pull a category called MustSee. The reason I want to do this is because I have a Featured Product slider at the top of the page but all it's doing is scrolling through the same items that are right below it and this seems a little crowded and repetitive.

 

I also don't want to pay $40 to just display the one category in it's place so I'm hoping this is an easy mod and I'm just way over thinking it.

 

unless there is a free mod out there that will allow me to choose categories to display on the home page, that would be fine too.
