Premsig.com Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Hi Got word from a new customer in Australia that no shipping carrier was being displayed (any help with this would be appreciated, too), but in trying to figure out the problem, I registered a new account at my site, and tried to register an address in Australia, but it would only let me select UK as a country option. Any clues as to why that would be? I've selected that the website is available in all countries in the back office preferences. Premsig.com Posted October 25, 2013 Author Share Posted October 25, 2013 I set them all enabled, and can now register an address overseas, and when I do a test with this delivery address, it gives me the carrier option for shipping. Just have to wait to see if it works for the customer. I obviously didn't do this when I first set up the shop. Surprised I overlooked this, as everything else was so smooth.
