Suffa
Had this problem for a couple of weeks not. Viewing the online visitors page always shows no visitors online. Had a search but found no answer on the issue. I haven't updated to the latest version if that could be the cause. any help?

Suffa
Prestashop version? Can you make sure that the module 'data mining for statistics' is enabled? I have updated to latest version of prestashop. Data mining is enabled. Have also tried reset data mining and disable/enable the module. Still no visitors show when online. Even if I log into my test account it will not show up as customer online. This just started happening one day a few weeks ago. No changes had been made at the time it stopped working. NemoPS
So it started to happen all of a sudden? Have you recently installed any module?
Suffa
Happened about 3 weeks ago. I noticed the days visitor count kept climbing (some bot tracker), had many duplicates from same IP on every page but counting them as seperate visitor IDs. Thats the last thing i remember and since then its always shown no visitors online even if a customer account is logged in.
NemoPS
Do you need old data? if not, you can try cleaning the ps_connections table of the database, and restore the id count
Suffa
I dont think it would bother me much to reset the id count, as long as i dont lose the rest of my data like sales for each day etc. Do you have a step by step for clearing the ps_connections table?
