Category page looking like home featured

I want to make a change im my page, that's it, my home show products in horizontal and vertical columns, each horizontal column have a maximum of four itens, but inside a category page I get just a vertical look, one products per column and I want get the same view in category that I have in home, how to do that change?

exactly that, but I got some problems with products view, took I screecapture to you see, I have only two itens per column and in some of them, one slot stay empty, this happens inside category page.

 

My version is 1.5.3.1

it's because differencies in <li> objects height value.

you need to unify it, it must be the same for each <li> element there, 

just define height param for <li> object

I second vekia, be sure you add a defined height for each li, like 

 

li.ajax_block_product {

    height: 300px;

}
