Cache problem

in short I can not see the changes I made ​​in the thema

cache is disable
force compilation is enable

all folders have write permissions, but I have noticed that when the sistem reload all folders in the cache folder, they have the ban symbol.

It's normal?

try to clear these cached files manually and make sure that you havent got CCC enabled for css and js files while you recompiling theme

yes the ccc option is disable (both)

maybe the problem is in the theme I have.

the creator of the theme is giving me the wrong information about where to change the code.

I'm working locally and I do not have the possibility to show you the site, sorry

I'm don't know prestashop but I'm a webdesigner and I have a lot of experience about the cms.
