2020media Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 (edited) I moved my Prestashop installation to a new hoster I follwed this guide:http://www.templatemonster.com/help/prestashop-1-5-x-how-to-move-your-website-from-one-domain-to-another.htmlthe domain name for my website is http://www.its-smoke.com this works fine, the shop is currently in maintenance mode I can acces the front page but when I try to enter the back-office at first i got a blank page.Ive turned on error reporting and I get the follwing error:Fatal error: Class 'Smarty_Internal_Compile_foreach' not found in E:\its-smoke.com\wwwroot\tools\smarty\sysplugins\smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php on line 481You can see for yourself on http://its-smoke.com/admin/I don't understand the site is also running on my old host and evrything works fine there using the exact same files, ive re-created evrything in exactly the same way (copied the files, copied the database, set the corrects urls)How can i acces my back office again? 2020media Posted October 23, 2013 Author Share Posted October 23, 2013 Ugh, I tried deleting the smarty folder and re-uploading it again but I get a permission denied error when trying to re-upload the smarty folder.I am going to delete and re-upload all the files; after this is finished ill send you the FTP details smartdatasoft. Oftentimes files can be lost or corrupted during the file transfer process of uploading it to your host. Glad to know you have worked it out. Happy Selling!
