racemaniac
Within my hosting account I've got the Installatron installation program. It manages all including updates and backups additional templates I install within PS itself
vekia
you can install prestashop now without additional package. take a look here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Installing+PrestaShop#InstallingPrestaShop-InstallingPrestaShop and regarding to the installatron and softaculous etc. if i were you i will not use these packages, mainly because many users has got problems with PS installed from these softwares, you can take a look on our board, you will see many threads related to bugs & softaculous etc. just install it manually as it is suggested by PS team. Dh42
If your host uses cpanel you can also checkout Launch my Prestashop. A moderator in the community launched it last week to help with Prestashop installation. LaunchmyPrestashop

racemaniac
Don't know sure if it works but try creating database on your own system with mysql (I use EasyPHP) and then import it into you server/hosting account.

bronking
Hosting Partner, thanks for that....however still massive fail I noticed at the bottom of database it states Your PHP MySQL library version 5.1.69 differs from your MySQL server version 5.5.33. This may cause unpredictable behavior. could this be the problem any idea how to rectify as my hosting renewal date comes nearer I may well look elsewhere its just that I wanted all my stuff in one location

I'm sure you are filling with wrong data. Database server address should be cust-mysql-123-17 or sql.vapour4youjuice.co.uk (not http://sql.vapour4youjuice.co.uk) Database name: juice (not cust-mysql-123-17) Database login: the userid you set when you created the Database Database Password: the password you set when you created the Database If you fail with test connection you have filled one or more of above fields with wrong data

bronking
thanks for advice guys, here's a piece of my own.... DO NOT USE 123-REG I asked them (sent a ticket) about prestashop and they said it dosen't come free with windows only linux. so I would need to do the manually install route (which I told them I was trying to do) I then asked on live chat/support about starting again (incase Ive cluttered up some where with the manual prestasop install) and I wanted to know is there a reset/reinstal place where I can wipe out the files and just leave there original site files and was sent a link on general information on how to delete a file on cpanel. I said I know how to delete files I just wanted to know which ones to leave he relied it was above his level of expertise and i would have to search the net AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH
