Presta 1.5.5.0, already changed 777 permisions, talked them into for open port 80, tryed softaculous no luck, no have Cpanel however it is not problem Page must be hosted there coz of geolocation. Tell your hosting company that the owner should be (yourdomainname) without any www So when it runs it has the proper permissions... else...run for the door and find a competent hosting company.
