vekia
turn on error reporting: open config/defines.inc.php find this line define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); change to look like this: define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
kesaven
Hello I have just done what you suggested Where can i view the logs now? I still do not see any error on the page. Thanks
vekia
they should appear there, where you see blank page. but you said that there is no error message... well, in this case you can check (if you've got possibility) php error log file. it's usually located in root dir of your hosting account or in subdirectories like /log/ /tmp/ /bin/ search for simple .txt file name log/error.log etc.
