Cart rule appear on the second shop cart - even if the shop is not included in cart condition

I am having issue with the cart rule (voucher) cconditions.

 

I have one group and two shop in the group with the stock sharring.

 

I am making cart rule for one of the shops and it is set to appear onto the checkout.

The other store is disabled for this voucher (on CONDITIONS tab the other store name is moved to left window).

 

Problem is that the voucher appear ON BOTH STORES....... Even on that excluded from the voucher condition.

It can't be used (error message appear saying 'This voucher cant be used here'), but hey, the voucher shouldn't be displayed onto excluded store anyway. And it drives me crazy because I need to show some vouchers on the checkout but it is absolutelly wrong that they appear on the other store as well.

 

I did tried to create the voucher using various context. It doesn't matter if I create it from THE GROUP context, ALL SHOPS context, or just one shop context. Also, if I disable the voucher for one shop it stays disabled for the other store too. So its not a solution.

 

Any ideas please or is it another bug? PS1.5.6
