free ground shipping

Is there a way to configure a voucher to give free shipping on orders of $75 or more but have it affect only ground shipping?  Right now the only way I have been able to figure out how to do this gives free shipping across the board (we use fed-ex and we have ground,3-day, 2-day, and overnight available).  Making the free shipping affect all shipping across the board seems pretty silly.  There has to be a way for it to affect only one specific instance , in this case ground shipping.  Any help would be much appreciated.  I am using Prestashop version 1.4.9.0

Hello, can you show me a screenshot of your carriers tab. Also, are you able set the range for Ground Shipping as >$75 = Free shipping or 0 Shipping cost.

 

A screenshot of your "Fees by Geographical Region" and "Price Ranges" along with "Carriers" would be helpful.

I have added a screen shot of the carriers.  As far as setting the range for Ground Shipping as >$75 = Free shipping or 0 Shipping cost I am not sure where to set that.  I also dont know where the "Fees by Geographical Region" and "Price Ranges" would be.  I added a screenshot of the options i have listed under the shipping tab

 

 

EDIT:  Oh if you are referring to the option directly under the shipping tab of "free shipping starts at X" wouldnt that still affect all the shipping options?  I added a screenshot of that as well

Hello, I only see one screenshot. That is not what I need, I actually want to see the price ranges and fee's that you have set up in your Carriers section.

Here is every screen shot I took and posted in my previous messages.  As far as the fees section I dont know where that is.

 

The first is my carriers listing.  The second shows the options I have available.  The third shows the price ranges which id what I think you are asking for.  The fourth shows the section that I believe you had mentioned to set up as free shipping starts at X amount. However that also applied the free shipping to all the options.  Its only free ground shipping I want to do.

 

 

EDIT:  I may have found that fees screen you were looking for.  I added it.

Hi! You should change your Price Range for FedEx Ground Shipping
0-75.00 = 2 dollars
75-100000= Free Shipping 

 

That way only orders above 75 dollars will have free shipping as an option.

So I have to create a new price range for Fed-Ex ground?  How would that work with a voucher?

You don't have to use a voucher. If any order has over 75 dollars worth of goods in the cart, the ground shipping option will be free, while the other options will remain unchanged.
