february26
I updated from PS1.5.5 to PS 1.5.6 using the module 1-click-upgrade. It initially had error, after Apache timeout reset, everything went ok and it said that the update was succesful. After I refreshed the webpage, everything looks OK in B.O, products/categories all there and theme settings are correct. However, the store front page nearly gone, there is only logo, login/my Account and a few control of footer shown, the main content disappear. I was using a customized theme, even I set to the default theme, only a few elements from header/footer shown. The error message I got is: [20-Oct-2013 15:14:10 GB] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wwwsilve/public_html/presta/modules/gamification/classes/Advice.php on line 86 [20-Oct-2013 15:15:38 GB] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wwwsilve/public_html/presta/modules/gamification/classes/Advice.php on line 86 Does anyone encountered a similar problem? vekia
are the files mentioned in error code exist in your prestashop filesystem?
february26
Thanks for the reply. As I couldn't solve the issue, I have rolled back to 1.5.5. Didn't check if the file was there. Will do the upgrade again in a few weeks time.
february26
Hi, the problem solved yesterday after I tried upgrade again. It was because that the modules of custom theme I was using were disabled during the upgrade. After I enabled those modules, it works as expected.
