CrossY Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 Hi there, I've used the mail alert module in previous versions without problems, however currently it fails to send a mail when someone orders a product. Edit: it seems as though the "send email when new stock is available" doesnt work either, but im not a 100% sure. I have upgraded the mail alert module to 2.5 from 2.4. Also, I have replaced Mail.php as suggested by Benjamin. I have this same mail problem. Mailalerts are not being send. PS 1.5.6. Does not work for new orders of stock availability. Customer are getting email, test email also works. So looks like a mail alert module ? Strange thing is, I copied a working 1.5.6 test version of my shop using mail alert 2.4 to my hosting provider. Then it stopped working. This is the thing blocking me to go online and start selling.
