Stopping ordering process at PayPal is problematic

Hi All,

Hey, question for you all. I noticed that if I order a product and get to the paypal portion and then decided to not go through with the order and just close the browser window, (yes, people do that :-)) then Prestashop still sends emails to the customer who thinks they didn't order anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this to not happen? I'd really like it if they don't go through with the payment method then they don't order a product. It's confusing for them and more work for my client.
