Payment issue

Hi, a glitch has appeared and wonder if anyone has an idea on fix. 24 hours ago, all was OK and working fine. Only thing I've done to payments lately is try to sort eBay.

 

When I do a test purchase this morning I select Shipping Method and tick T&C, then 'Next'

 

I then get a blank screen with http://www.kittags.co.uk/index.php?controller=order&multi-shipping=

 

I recall there was some issue with an earlier version of P'shop to do with Terms & Conditions, but any thoughts welcomed.

Hi Nemo1, done that and have tried logging into BO - all I get is CSS code. Is that correct?

Css? Can you screen it? You get a css stylesheet instead of the blank screen in the front office?

HI Nemo, probably easiest, just check out www.kittags.com or .co.uk to see the issue.   It as switched to mainentance mode and working fine around 0900BST and maintenance screen was showing fine.

 

Same when I right click and try to login, just gives me * @copyright 2007-2013 PrestaShop SA * @license http://opensource.org/licenses/osl-3.0.php Open Software License (OSL 3.0) * International Registered Trademark & Property of PrestaShop SA */ header('Location: index.php?controller=AdminLogin');

That seems to be the defines.inc.php file....weird. Never seen this happening quite honestly

only happened since I changed at your suggestion - not blaming you!

Any thoughts? Worst case I have backed up the SQL database manually and can reinstall, but does that bring the data back in? I've had to start from scratch so no customer data in there, just products etc.

I don't know how your file got corrupted I suspect some editor you used inserted the html tags.

El Patron, many thanks, have been offline in the Omani desert. That seems to work to re-direct to FO, but it also seems to have glitched the Login file, which takes me to CSS rather than to Login for BO. Have attached the file, I'm not aware of having made any modifications to it. Any thoughts MUCH appreciated.

Nemo, followed your original suggestion, I get the following during checkout. I'm guessing that it's cache or COD that's causing the issue?

SOLVED - Pro-tem I have disabled COD and it seems to get over the issue. Thanks for forbearance. If any ideas on above in future, they'd still be appreciated. Thanks.
