GMM148
Hi, a glitch has appeared and wonder if anyone has an idea on fix. 24 hours ago, all was OK and working fine. Only thing I've done to payments lately is try to sort eBay. When I do a test purchase this morning I select Shipping Method and tick T&C, then 'Next' I then get a blank screen with http://www.kittags.co.uk/index.php?controller=order&multi-shipping= I recall there was some issue with an earlier version of P'shop to do with Terms & Conditions, but any thoughts welcomed. Thanks
NemoPS
can you try turning on errors as suggested in my signature?
GMM148
Hi Nemo1, done that and have tried logging into BO - all I get is CSS code. Is that correct?
NemoPS
Css? Can you screen it? You get a css stylesheet instead of the blank screen in the front office?
GMM148
HI Nemo, probably easiest, just check out www.kittags.com or .co.uk to see the issue. It as switched to mainentance mode and working fine around 0900BST and maintenance screen was showing fine. Same when I right click and try to login, just gives me * @copyright 2007-2013 PrestaShop SA * @license http://opensource.org/licenses/osl-3.0.php Open Software License (OSL 3.0) * International Registered Trademark & Property of PrestaShop SA */ header('Location: index.php?controller=AdminLogin'); Thanks Giles
NemoPS
That seems to be the defines.inc.php file....weird. Never seen this happening quite honestly

GMM148
Any thoughts? Worst case I have backed up the SQL database manually and can reinstall, but does that bring the data back in? I've had to start from scratch so no customer data in there, just products etc. Edited October 19, 2013 by GMM148 (see edit history)

El Patron
I don't know how your file got corrupted I suspect some editor you used inserted the html tags. here is the corrected file defines.inc.php
GMM148
El Patron, many thanks, have been offline in the Omani desert. That seems to work to re-direct to FO, but it also seems to have glitched the Login file, which takes me to CSS rather than to Login for BO. Have attached the file, I'm not aware of having made any modifications to it. Any thoughts MUCH appreciated. login(1).php
El Patron
I can't tell you how your files are being corrupted, but they are... here is a fixed login.php login.php
GMM148
El Patron - you're a star, thank you. Nemo, followed your original suggestion, I get the following during checkout. I'm guessing that it's cache or COD that's causing the issue? Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'SmartyCompilerException' with message 'Syntax Error in template "/home/sites/kittags.co.uk/public_html/modules/cashondelivery/views/templates/hook/payment.tpl" on line 33 "<p class="payment_module"> <a rel="nofollow" title="{l s='Pay with cash on delivery (COD)' mod='cashondelivery'}" href="{$link->getModuleLink('cashondelivery',%20'validation',%20[],%20true)|escape:'html'}"> <img style="float: left;" alt="{l s='Pay with cash on delivery (COD)' mod='cashondelivery'}" src="{$this_path_cod}cashondelivery.gif" /> <br />{l s='Pay with cash on delivery (COD)' mod='cashondelivery'}" - Unexpected "&"' in /home/sites/kittags.co.uk/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:667 Stack trace: #0 /home/sites/kittags.co.uk/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templateparser.php(3144): Smarty_Internal_TemplateCompilerBas in /home/sites/kittags.co.uk/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php on line
GMM148
SOLVED - Pro-tem I have disabled COD and it seems to get over the issue. Thanks for forbearance. If any ideas on above in future, they'd still be appreciated. Thanks.
