devilsown Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 I get about 2 customers a week that have issues with my site, My site is pretty much a stock skin with a ton of css changes. I have had some customers swear up and down they didn't tab into that filed. or click into it. But when they hit enter they get the message that they failed to enter a coupon and there is no way for them to get past the nag screen. Anyone else every have customers call in about this issue? djmonkeyboy Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 In my experience it has just been customers too eager to click on the first submit button they see, which happens to be the voucher submit button. devilsown Posted October 25, 2013 Author Share Posted October 25, 2013 Issue is once its clicked there is no finishing the checkout unless something is entered there. .
