Having functional nightmares with Multi-store!

Hi there,

 

I've gotten two domains running in multishop mode in v.1.5.6 for the first time. Shop 1 & 2 have different themes, though shop 2's theme is only compatible to 1.5.5.

 

A couple of questions:

1. How/where do I get a zip file of the default 1.5.6 theme, to re-install it and see if using it makes a difference?

2. I'm not getting the custom root category I've created, for shop 2, displaying in the categories (left column) module. Could this be related to theme incompatibility between 1.5.5 and 1.5.6? (In fact any changes to categories meant for shop 2 simply do not affect the category module)

 

Thanks for your help, hopefully reinstalling the default theme will solve the other issues I'm experiencing.

 

 

*EDIT* - I managed to sort out the 2nd point by clearing the cache!

Hi,

1.5.5 and 1.5.6 are quite he same, so it shouldn't really be an issue. Anyway, you can get a clean 1.5.6 here:http://www.prestashop.com/en/download

 

Just look for the default theme in the downloaded archive and copy it
