Rebel Tech
Good day, This issue relates to the Translations script. When I try update my Translation pack I get "503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!" I have set Write (777) permission to the files but no luck L The steps I have tried: In Localization > Translations -> Modify translationsSelected Front Office Translations -> my theme -> click USA flagNew window appears:Front Office translations (Language: English (United States), Theme: my_theme)Now when I change a value (i.e State : Province) and click Upgrade Translations. A few seconds later I get the 503 Service Error.I have contacted my service provider but they can't locate the problem. Here are the server specs: Server software version: LiteSpeed PHP version: 5.5.3 Memory limit: 128M Max execution time: 30I thought it might have been a theme issue but I tried it with Front Office translations (Language: English (United States), Theme: default). Same problem.Does anyone know if 1.) This script runs on a Litespeed server running CloudLinux2.) Any known Compatibility issues or requirements (i.e be running a specific PHP version, or have specific PHP directives enabled) Thanks Edited October 18, 2013 by Rebel Tech (see edit history)
