He display the subcategories always open by default. Here is a printscreen: I have not "+" and "-" and I don't know why. I give you the entier module by mail if you want to see what is the problem. Maybe you removed these buttons? and what about module configuration page? there is an option to turn on / off "dynamic" mode: it's turned on?
