I'm looking for anyone that can make a custom homepage.

Hopefully there's anyone that can help me out.

I'm willing to pay for it but my budget is low since i'm still a beginner.

 

I drawed my idea on paint:

The small square images are categories.

Well, I don't even know what css stands for so you can already guess.

But i'm open for learning new things, so do you think I can try it with 0% experience and some help by google?

I tried it and all the categories showed double, maybe because I have multistore.

But someone is gonna make the module as I drawed for a small fee, so I will continue working on the easy work =)
