Discount link to client account expenses

Hello.

 

I try to find a module wich will give a % of discount depending how much they spent on the shop with their account (and not with the current chart).

 

For example :

 

> $100 = 5% on all catalog

>$500 = 10% on all catalog

 

etc ...

 

I didn't find anything yet.
